1. Services

Hugo Furumoto Ng LLC provides professional web design and development services. All deliverables are created according to the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project proposal.

2. Legal Guardianship & Contracts

Because the business owner is a minor, all formal project contracts, financial agreements, and intellectual property transfers must be co-signed by a legal guardian or parent to be legally binding.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the schedule specified in the project proposal. For one-time packages, a deposit is required before work begins. For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs on the first of each month.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all ownership of the design and code is transferred to the client. Hugo Furumoto Ng LLC retains the right to showcase the work in their professional portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website malfunctions.
